The Sisters have been practicing almost every night before recreation for our program of carols sung after Matins and before Midnight Mass. Below is a little taste from a practice session for your enjoyment!

I enjoyed this music. I wish that I could hear you at the midnight Mass. It would be so inspiring. But, I live on the West coast! :-)
Sunday evening our parish choir presented Lessons and Carols. This was the first time, and I thought it was very beautiful. The scriptures chosen from both Old and New Testaments told the story of the promised Messiah from the prophets through John the Baptist, and finally Mary's "yes" and then Bethlehem.
After each reading was a beautiful hymn. Some were choir only and others were for all.
Just in case you need another project, Sisters, I think you could make an excellent CD.
I echo Julie. WE need a CD of Nun Songs! :)
