Our "Cousins" Come For A Visit!

The Community of John was founded in France by Fr. Marie-Dominique Philippe, a Dominican Friar. In our diocese we have the Brothers of the Community of St. John and 5 Apostolic Sisters. Because of their Dominican "roots" there is a special bond between our Orders.

This evening we had a joyous, everyone-talking-at-once recreation together. The Sisters also prayed Vespers and Compline with us and we hope that there will be many more exchanges between our communities.

We had a wonderful photo of our two communities but unfortunately, it got deleted by accident! All the more for the Sisters to come for another visit!
